Yesterday, we went to Sydney Aquarium and Wild World for Dave’s 23rd Birthday. There were loads of different fish in the Aquarium even a Nemo fish! We got to see a lot of sharks and also our first Kangaroo and Koala Bear! View the photos

27th September 2009Today, I walked over the harbour bridge. It was very windy but clear. It was a lot longer than I thought it was but the views from it were amazing!
Sydney Dust Storm 23rd September 2009

I woke up at 6am this morning, looked out of the window and the sky was bright red! At first we thought it was fog but we turned on the TV to find that Sydney was suffering a massive dust storm! It was really scary since we couldn’t breathe with out the dust going in our throats! The sky frequently changed colour from red to yellow and back again - when it started clearing it went white.
A bit later it was all over the news in the UK which really suprised me!

Bondi Beach
19th September 2009Last night we went clubbing in Home by Darling Harbour - it was really good - we saw The Peaches live.
Today I went to Bondi Beach with Dave and he tried his new surfboard out. It was nice and hot there!
IMATS Sydney 2009
13th September 2009I went to IMATS (International Make-up Artist Trade Show) today in the Convension Centre in Sydney. It was really good. I went to the following talks in the Main Stage:
NEILL GORTON
Gorton discussed his career, and worked on Prosthetics for The Wolfman, Inkheart, Saving Private Ryan and Gladiator.
M.A.C.: LINDA JEFFERYES
Talk Title: Style Black: Working with Black Make-up
Linda Jeffereys showed us how to apply black eye make-up in different styles and also how to apply black to lips.
PAUL PATTISON
Talk Title: Applying the Artist Back Into Make-up
Paul Pattinson discussed his career and how he got into character creation and make-up design. He has worked on such films as: Braveheart, Mission: Impossible II, Scooby Doo and recently The Waiting City. He also talked about what it was like winning an Oscar and let us hold it! It was suprisingly heavy.
I’m hoping to attend another IMATS one day - maybe in a different city next time - who knows?!
Bondi Beach Kite Festival
12th September 2009I went to Bondi Beach today and there was a kite festival on. They had all sorts of kites including ones of a crab, octopus and a bear. It was really nice and sunny!
Byron Bay
10th September 2009I went to Byron Bay for a few days. I stayed in the Arts Factory and it was really nice there! I went walking up to the light house and got to stand at the most eastern part of Australia. We were lucky since it was really clear and the views were absolutely stunning! 
Moved to Australia
15th August 2009I have just moved to Sydney, Australia. The weather here is great - I can’t beleive its this hot in the winter! I’m slowly getting used to living in the City.
